Running

The recommended method of running FDTD++ is from the command line[1]. In this section, instructions on how to run both serial and parallel[2] compilations[3] of [1] are discussed.

Note, however, as discussed the section on Defining a simulation, in order to provide a meaningful simulation, a number of items must be addressed. In this section, it is assumed that a relevant geometries file (geom.unv), materials file (mat), and parameters file (param) exist.
