The Makefile

The Makefile controls the compilation of FDTD++ (compiler, compilation options, etc.). Prior to compiling, this is the only document that may need modification by the user. Instructions on how to modify this file are given below.

Instructions
For nearly every compilation, there are only two items that require attention:
- Set the preferred C++ compiler (and related flags, if applicable, such as
OMPI_CXX) - Set any compilation options
